Bliss Holistic Center (Community Room)

Service Description

My ‘style’ of breathwork is one of a sacred healing space. It begins with a theme and short conversation. Then you set an intention, and after a brief instruction, we breathe. Upon completion, you will journal once you have returned. Most have said it is a magical experience. Bliss will have a donation-based tea available upon request. My commitment is your healing. I have been told it can be very intense and very healing. While for most it has been a profound healing experience. I have been doing breathwork since 2009, mostly in addiction recovery centers in Utah. I also did public breathwork sessions for the public and for transformational programs in Utah. It has the potential to transform you. It can be as powerful as psychedelic healing without the use of psychedelics. Most leave energized, inspired, and uplifted. You may discover a deep level of healing. So many comment on how amazing it is in their treatment! Experience this, for you, for your loved ones, for your future! About Jim: Jim Pehkonen is a Life Architect, a Certified Transformative Coach working with clients experiencing deep trauma, addiction recovery, and leadership development. Jim has also started a podcast called ‘Psychedelically Curious’ to address the evolution of psychedelics used for healing.
