Chakra Cleanse Sound Bath

Join Tatiana, Sandy, and Sarah in this immersive sound bath experience with crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and a special treat with Sarah on the piano as you melt into your mat, opening and clearing our bodies Chakras (energy centers). Sandy will guide you through a meditation of clearing and energizing each of these Chakras as you are simultaneously guided through gentle restorative postures to support each flow. This Yin style practice gently gets into the synovial fluids making it a great practice for the joints. This is also great for anyone that wants to receive the blissful experience of a sound bath but finds it hard to lay still for long periods of time. Be ready to receive and be supported by hands on enhancements as well as gentle massage by Tatiana. Complimentary tea integration will be provided as we settle back into our bodies. Journals are welcome if you would like to take note of any newfound wisdom that comes up during your guided mediation. Please choose the option below of either staying grounded on the floor space for those that would like to spread out and have a little more freedom to stretch out, or the option of being in a silk hammock as you feel the sensation of being swaddled and swayed in your own personal cocoon. The silk fabric option is stretchy enough to move into the different positions while being supported by the fabric so choose the option that speak most to you.
