Ecstatic Dance is a free-form, judgment-free movement journey designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and awaken joy from the inside out. There are no choreography steps, no right or wrong ways to move just the freedom to follow your own rhythm and let the music guide you. We begin by settling into the space with grounding breathwork and intention setting. As the music builds, you’re invited to explore your own authentic expression whether that’s gentle swaying, wild shaking, flowing movements, or quiet stillness. This is a space to feel, to let go, to play, and to be fully yourself. The dance floor is a container of respect and consent: no talking, no judgment, just pure embodied liberation. We close with a nourishing cool-down and integration to help you carry the clarity and joy of the practice back into your life. Move your body. Free your mind.
