Join us for a blissful restoration yoga sound bath. 50% of all donations will go to provide more free and donation-based classes to our community. Expect deep restoration, and guided breathwork as we get deeper into our facia and move our body in a way that feels good. We finish off with a blissful sound healing to align us back in our truest self. By serving others, we are serving the divine within them and recognizing the interconnectedness of all beings.
