Pranic Healing Meditation

Service Description

This class will introduce you to the basic principles surrounding the science and art of Pranic Healing. Joselyst will teach about our body's energy body and how it can affect the physiological, psychological, and spiritual states of a person. You will then be guided through some light movement and a powerful visual meditation as our Pranic Healing practitioners assist in clearing out any blockages and re-energizing your energy body/auric field. Learn how to take your health into your own hands and allow your body to work and heal itself as nature intended. Donation based tea and elixirs will be available during this class. Donations for beverages are collected separate from any class made donations.
