Service Description

This class will introduce you to the basic principles surrounding the science and art of Pranic Healing. Joselyst Day will teach about our body's energy body and how it can affect the physiological, psychological, and spiritual states of a person. You will then be guided through some light movement and a powerful visual meditation as our Pranic Healing practitioners assist in clearing out any blockages and re-energizing your energy body/auric field. The next Pranic Healing Meditations are scheduled at 5:30PM Jan 5th & 12th, Feb 2nd & 9th, and March 2nd & 16th. We will also have two special introduction to Pranic Healing classes which will each be 2 hours long starting at 5PM on Jan 26th and Feb 23rd. This class will focus more on the knowledge of Pranic Healing for those that feel called in learning more about this healing art. Donation based tea and elixirs will be available during each class.
