Join us for a girl's night for the compassionate of heart as you connect with other heart centered women over snacks and tea while we do some fun activities and guided conversations to spark up the divine within you. This month's topic is all about Self Love & Self Sabotage, exploring the tender places where compassion meets old patterns. Together, we’ll gently uncover the habits and beliefs that hold us back, while cultivating deeper kindness, awareness, and trust within ourselves. Start this year off choosing yourself, with honesty and heart. 💛 $10 suggested donations appreciated to cover snacks, tea and honor the space and time of our awesome facilitators. All ages welcome!
